Vanessa Allen is our Chief of First Impressions and Facility Operations. With her warm demeanor and extensive experience, Vanessa has been the cornerstone of our office operations for years, ensuring that our physical space and team function efficiently.

Vanessa masterfully oversees the day-to-day operations of our facility, creating an environment that's not just functional but genuinely welcoming. Her role extends beyond traditional office management; she orchestrates our workplace harmony, skillfully leading and mentoring our Client Experience Specialists.

Vanessa's professional journey is as diverse as it is impressive. Prior to joining us in July 2018, she served as a Community Life Coordinator at Calvary Chapel Costa Mesa, where she honed her skills in fostering positive community relationships. Her earlier role as an Admissions Specialist at Calvary Chapel Bible College for nine years equipped her with invaluable experience in client relations and administrative excellence.

Her background in education, including experience as an Instructional Aide for special needs students at Garden Grove Unified School District, adds a unique dimension to her team training and development approach. Vanessa holds a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts and Sciences from California State University, Fullerton, complemented by studies in Bible/Biblical Studies at Calvary Chapel Bible College.
